A public lecture on ‘Own wealth management’ was given by Mr. Teodor Georgiev on 28th November. The event was organized by IRRSA in cooperation with Management and Banking Academy, the organization which is being managed by Mr. Georgiev since 2010. The MBAcademy is the first in Bulgaria to organize specialized financial trainings.
The aim of the lecture was to provoke students’ interest about questions such as: ‘How and why to put money aside?’ and ‘Can we optimize the profit from our savings?’
The lection continued with questions from students and discussion about money, savings, banks etc. According to Mr. Georgiev the process managing our finances is vital for one’s financial independence and self-confidence.
