In the period between 11
th and the 13
th of April 2014 an educational seminar „Organization and resources management“, set up by the National youth forum, took place. The main themes, which the seminar touched, were management and team work (efficient management, leader roles, efficient team management, leadership and resources management), conflict management, development of critical and creative thinking. Among the approved participants were representatives of over 15 NPO-s from the whole state. IRRSA was also represented.
Throughout three days, in a friendly environment, the young people discussed the
different cases, exchanged ideas and debated on what the key roles in an organization are and what is the place, which the non-profit sector takes in Bulgaria. The seminar also handled rhetorical abilities. The participants understood more about them from Dimitar Simidchiev, a part of NYF’s training team. On the subject of leadership the participants discussed alongside with Mrs. Albena Taneva.
Certificates were handed out in the concluding state of the training. Every participant had the opportunity to share his or her taught on the seminar. Some of them even talked about the personal motivation and desire for development in the NPO sector, as well as the request for further such trainings.
