On the 13
th of November a rhetoric skills training, organized by IRRSA took place. The guest-lecturer was Mariya Amzina – a certified Business and communication skills lecturer, who also has a practical experience in management, marketing and human resources.
Mrs. Amzina told the audience, that everyone presents himself on a daily basis and so it is of great importance to have very good presentation skills. She pointed out how substantial oratory, body language (gesture, stance and others) and technical skills are. The guest lecturer talked about some of the basic methods used to make a multimedia presentation. Naturally she also pointed out all the wrongs that can happen during a presentation.
The training provoked a huge interest, evidence of which was the packed hall and the loud applause at the end of the event. The participants had the chance to practice what they had learned and also get an important personal advice.
The lecturer also talked about the opportunity of personal training in the school that she represented.
