This year IRRSA and Ego politico kept the tradition and organized a Quiz in „History of the political ideas“ for the freshmen in professional field „Political science“ in the UNWE.   Още →

On the 31^st of November and the 1^st of December in the „Nauchni saveti“ hall in the UNWE a simulation of the UN Security Council for the conflict in Syria took place. The event, organized by IRRSA and the „United nations association of Bulgaria“, gathered 28 students from several universities for debates. Two of the delegates were still students in the 12^th grade and made their first steps in the field of international relations.

The purpose of the simulation was to make the operating principles of the UN more known to the participants. As well as the Permanent members of the UN’s Security Council (the USA, Great Britain, France, PRC and the Russian federation) there were also representatives for the ten non-permanent members up to this moment: Australia, Argentina, Azerbaijan, Guatemala, Luxemburg, Morocco, Pakistan, Republic Korea, Ruanda and the Tongan republic. The counties were represented by two people, all of which had the chance to feel as a diplomat from the highest levels. Още →

On the 25^th of November 2013 the „United nations association of Bulgaria“ and IRRSA organized a public lecture and discussion for the conflict in Syria. The UN association was represented by its chairman Petar Buchkov and Ilina Mutafchieva and IRRSA – from its chairman – Elizabet Bozhinova. Mariyan Karagyozov, expert on the Turkish-Arabic relations in the XXI century was the guest-lecturer. Още →

On Thursday (21^st of November 2013) the traditional alumni meeting, which gathers the former members of IRRSA from its creation up to now, took place. This was the sixth year in a row in which such meeting is arranged. The alumni members were introduced to the events that IRRSA has organized since the last meeting in November 2012. The title of the discussion between the members of IRRSA and the chairman of National youth forum – Liliya Elenkova was „Leadership and youth sector“. The event was held on the 20^th of November  in hall 5008 in the UNWE. Liliya Elenkova is a bachelor’s in „Bulgarian philology“ from the Sofia University „St. Kliment Ohridski“ and later studied a master’s degree in „Management and international projects“ in the University of national and world economy.  On the 13^th of November a rhetoric skills training, organized by IRRSA took place. The guest-lecturer was Mariya Amzina – a certified Business and communication skills lecturer, who also has a practical experience in management, marketing and human resources. Още →

The initiative „Day of the organizations in UNWE“ was carried out this year as well. The event was held on the 12^th of November in the „Tarzhestvena“ hall in the UNWE. IRRSA had the opportunity to present its activities thanks to the invitation of the Students council.

On the 5^th of November in hall №3006 of UNWE an inner training for IRRSA members was held. In order for the event to take place, two of the honorary members of the organization, Aleksandar Ivanov and Stoyan Trichkov were invited. Още →

Representatives from IRRSA took part in Youth in Action project  created by the Macedonian  organization “Mladinski sojuz”. The project was held in Krusevo, Macedonia  between 10^th and 18^th of October 2013. The countries that took part in the project were Albania, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Germany, Greece, Romania, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine and FYR Macedonia. Още →

On the 19^th and 20^th of October in the sports hall of UMG „St. Ivan Rilski“ was held a charity sports tournament. The goal was raising funds for The „Asen Zlatarov“ orphanage, Sofia. The event was organized by the students councils of a several universities – UNWE, SU, UMG, NAM, TU, MU and UVT. Още →
